CoQ10

Antioxidants

Also known as: Coenzyme Q10, Ubiquinone, Ubiquinol

CoQ10 is a vital compound found in every cell's mitochondria, essential for energy production and acting as a powerful antioxidant. Levels naturally decline with age and statin use.

Best Timing

Take with a fat-containing meal (fat-soluble). Morning or midday preferred — may cause insomnia if taken at night.

Absorption

Ubiquinol is 2–8x better absorbed than ubiquinone. Always take with fat. Softgels absorb better than powder capsules.

Omega-3Synergy

Both support cardiovascular health. CoQ10 protects omega-3 from oxidation.

Vitamin ESynergy

CoQ10 regenerates Vitamin E. Combined antioxidant synergy.

MagnesiumSynergy

Both support cellular energy production (ATP).

Alpha-Lipoic AcidSynergy

ALA regenerates CoQ10, extending its antioxidant capacity.
